About us

​Previously known as CrossFit STEPS, we're a gym in Maple Ridge, BC, helping people build strength, improve health, and stay active through coach-led group training.​ Founded in 2014, the gym has become a long-standing part of the Maple Ridge fitness community, supporting members of all experience levels — from beginners to experienced athletes.​

 

The name STEPS represents the principles behind the training: Strength, Technique, Endurance, Performance, and Stamina.

 

​Today, Ridge CrossFit & Athletics is owned and operated by Lance and Sally Lamberton.

Sally focuses on building community and creating a welcoming environment for members, while Lance focuses on coaching, movement quality, and helping people achieve results safely and effectively.​

 

Together, they are committed to continuing the gym’s legacy while helping the Maple Ridge community get stronger, healthier, and more capable for life.
